About Our Rescue Group:

We are a local Chinese Crested Club located in the Greater Philadelphia Pennsylvania compiled of Breeders, Exhibitors and interested Dog Lovers. Our involvement and love of the Chinese Crested Breed is our common bond. While we do have breeders, we all feel that our homes must be open to those in need of rescue/re-homing.

Our Adoption Process:

Adoption fees are case by case
An adoption contract MUST be signed and will be enforced.
Each Chinese Crested is best matched with the appropriate family - not every dog is for every family, nor is every family for every dog.
Please give us a chance to get back to you.....
We may not have any Chinese Cresteds available for adoption at the time you are ready, but we will be more than happy to refer you to other Rescues who may have your new family addition waiting!!!
No dog adopted from the Delaware Valley Chinese Crested Club, Inc. is to be given away, sold or surrendered to anyone!!! All dogs MUST come back to the DVCCC!!!

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
