Pets at Our Shelter:

Cities, Towns, and/or Counties We Serve:

We serve several counties in Central Ohio saving dogs off of death row at the high kill county pounds. Many are in foster homes in the New England Area. Most are transported to New England once a family wants to meet them. I do my own transport, so there is plenty of time to meet the dog/pup before you make a final decision.

About Our Shelter:

I am originally from Westen NY, outside of Buffalo. When I moved to central Ohio I realized there was a huge problem with over population. Many dogs and even puppies were being euthanized. I was in a bad car accident in 07, while recooperating, I started to work on rescuing as many as I could. I never looked back, once you start something like this, you just can't stop. You have to try and "Save them All".

Come Meet our Pets:

Please contact us regarding any dog/pup you are interested in. Since we do not have a physical shelter yet, you will either be directed to the local foster home or where and when to meet transport.

Our Adoption Process:

The process starts with a completed application. It doesn't usually take me long to process it, provided I can reach your reference. Once you have been approved, I will email you details on how to meet the dog/pup you are interested in. Once you meet them, you are free to adopt immediately. The process doesn't take more than a day or two, so be sure you are ready to adopt before submitting your application.
All dogs/pups have a $250 adoption fee, plus a $150 transport fee for a total of $400. NOTE: We often reduce many adult dogs to try and find as many homes as possible. If the fees are an issue for you, please email me and I will see if it is possible to reduce the dog you are interested in.

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
