First State Animal Center and SPCA

Our Mission is to prevent cruelty and suffering to animals, rescue the trapped or injured, provide emergency medical treatment and temporary housing to the homeless animals, and to reduce pet over population through various spay/neuter and education programs. FSAC-SPCA is committed to place unwanted pets into happy, healthy homes and to educate the public about responsible pet guardianship.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees are as follows:

Dogs - Seven (7) months or older -- $175.00
Dogs - Six (6) months or younger -- $250.00

Cats - Seven (7) months or older -- $50.00
Cats - Six (6) months or younger -- $75.00

We do offer special pricing several times throughout the year.
