I started a home business for pets and all the calls I received were people needing help. Checked out what was available and it seemed there was a huge gap, so started CARI.I love all animals, but especially cats. They are so intelligent yet independent and give so much in return. They do not deserve to be left behind or kicked out or tortured.And there are so many people who want to do what is best for their pet, but cannot afford the cost. CARI tries to help them all.
In 4 years, we have found homes for nearly 300 cats. Always need help and funds and donations of food, litter etc

Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
