Additional adoption info
All 4 Paws is a foster-based rescue located in Malvern, PA. Since all of our dogs live in foster homes (instead of in a shelter environment), we are able to learn a tremendous amount about them and their needs. This helps us make great matches between our adopters and their new best friends! We do our best to keep the adoption process straight-forward and simple in an effort to get our available pets into permanent, stable and loving homes in a timely manner.
Our Adoption Process:
1. You submit an application.
You can submit an application by clicking the appropriate application button at the bottom of this page. If you have already been approved by or adopted from All 4 Paws, select the "Previously Approved" application for a shortened version. Be sure to include what you are looking for in your new pet as it helps us with the matchmaking process!
2. We contact your references.
We will contact your vet (if you have/had a pet), your landlord/property manager (if applicable), along with a few personal references right away. Please let all references know that we will be contacting them. This will help us to speed things along!
3. We send an email notifying you of the status of your application.
Please note: We get a lot of interest in our dogs and there is no guarantee that an approved application will secure your adoption of the dog you expressed interest in.
4. If approved, you work directly with our Adoptions Team to discuss our dogs and to set up an adoption appointment.
We’re happy to adopt to out-of-state families! Please note that, in accordance with our PA Kennel License, all adoptions must be completed in person at our Malvern, PA office. You can also meet a few of our dogs at once at our Meet & Greet Events. Events are a great opportunity to speak with our fosters and volunteers to discuss all of our dogs.
DOG ADOPTION FEES
Our adoption fee for dogs is $500+tax. This fee includes a wellness exam, all age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm testing (when age appropriate), worming, microchip and registration, flea/tick prevention, as well as any additional care recommended by our vet (i.e. dental cleanings, bloodwork, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: We do offer discounted adoption fees to families adopting more than one dog, senior dogs, and dogs with special needs, when possible.
CAT ADOPTION FEES
Our adoption fees for cats and kittens is $150+tax cat/kitten. Our cats/kittens have received all age appropriate vaccines; spay/neuter surgery, FIV/FELV testing, worming, microchip and registration, and flea/tick treatment.
We rescue new dogs daily so if someone doesn't catch your eye right now, we're sure to have a pup that matches what you are looking for soon! Please stick with us and be patient - we promise your new best friend will be well worth the wait!
