Shelter FAQs

Euclid Pet Pals is the volunteer organization whose members care for the animals at the Euclid Animal Shelter, in Euclid, Ohio. We raise funds by offering personal and business memberships and cage sponsorships. Other fundraisers include a Bark-B-Q in May, a Clam Jam in October, and car washes in July. The money we raise is used to pay for veterinary care and medications, necessary supplies, and spay/neuters. We are dedicated to providing a healthy, loving environment for animals waiting to be adopted.
The Euclid Animal Shelter is part of the Euclid Police Department and is exclusively for animals in need in our city. Potential adopters do not have to be Euclid residents, but must provide evidence that they will give the adopted pet a good home. Adopters who rent must show proof that the landlord approves pets in the home or apartment.
