The goals for the Top of Ohio Pet Shelter are to provide shelter for, and to facilitate adoption of, the homeless dogs and cats of Logan County;
to educate the public about responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spaying and neutering; and to protect the animals of Logan County from both neglect and cruelty by investigating, citing, and assisting in the prosecution of cases of animal abuse.
