Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"Chester needs a new home!
Chester is 3-1/2 years old. He is neutered, 60 lbs, up to date on vaccinations and perfectly healthy. He is a gorgeous dog with a proud spirit! Labrador definitely but unsure what else he is mixed with! It does not really matter though, because he is beautiful, and his light chestnut eyes will win you over. He is house trained, crate trained, loves to play in his fenced yard, and plays well with the kids living in the home. However he does not like other neighborhood kids coming over. He scares the neighborhood friends who run in the house and so the family says it might be best if he lives with older kids. They are broken-hearted to give him up, but if the right family comes along, Chester would be happier and not so stressed out.
A perfect fit would be a family with kids over 10, or even teenagers. Or perhaps a couple without kids. Or an older couple with grown kids. Or a single male or female. A fenced in yard is a plus but if you are a runner or love to leash walk, he would do fine.
He gets along with other dogs, but tends to be more dominant than submissive. His current dog sister is pretty old and feeble but she lets him know when to back off, and he takes the cue to leave her alone and not lick her face anymore.
