Bishop's Story...
Bishop is a wonderful 3 yr old boy who was dealt a no-so-good hand earlier in life. He was found living outside with another dog, no being taken care of, skinny and full of fly bites. Despite this, he is still a happy boy and loves everyone he meets and is just so grateful to have been rescued. He is good with other dogs, but we don't know if he's ever been around cats but would be happy to test him. He is now neutered, is heartworm negative, up to date on all vaccines and preventatives and has a valid health certificate and ready for his forever home. He is about 65lb and just a super sweet boy, he's so grateful to have attention and love, he will make an awesome family dog, though older kids only as we don't have a small child history on him. He is crate trained and listens well. We require references, a home check and adoption application, email us about yourself and we will send you an application, chat about him and set up a meeting with your family, thanks for only choosing rescue!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bishop, a Lebanon Boxer/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Bulldog for sale in Lebanon, or seeking a Boxer/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Lebanon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lebanon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lebanon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Bulldog breeders who help with Boxer/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lebanon paves the way for another one to be saved.
