Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Arnie is just what you want when you think of a good old hound dog! At 4 years of age, Arnie is 14 inches tall and a slender 22 pounds. Arnie had been given away by his owners only to find himself picked up as a stray. It is a wonder why this great boy hasn’t found his forever home yet!
Arnie has a beautiful, deep bay that he uses to tell you how his day went or to tell his foster siblings that he wants to play! He loves to chase through the house and yard with the others chasing him. He doesn’t know that he is too small to be a suma wrestler, so takes on all sizes. He is so delighted with any toy or game that you have to wonder if he has ever had the fun of being a loved family member.
Arnie has good house manners, but will need encouragement to go outside on cold, rainy days. He has never gotten into anything in the house and sleeps the night through on a dog bed. He does love to cuddle, so wouldn’t mind a family that is looking for a bed warmer this winter!
This loving boy will make a great companion to any family. He will entertain himself, so might do well as an only dog. He just needs someone to love him and give him hugs and kisses.
