Odie is a one-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier mix who was rescued from the South L.A. Shelter. A very good-natured boy, Odie is just a friendly guy who enjoys life. He is an all-around medium energy dog who is enthusiastic about activities like walking and meeting people, but can also hang out calmly and independently. He is playing well with both male and female dogs and could even be pals with a little dog if introduced properly and supervised. If you are looking for a best friend to hang out with and also have fun with, Odie is your boy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Odie, a Los Angeles American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
