My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh, why Hello! My name is Eric – and I’m glad to meet you today. I’m the new cocka-tzu-oodle in NBS rescue. I’m 3 years old, and a really nice fella to spend time with. I’m pretty laid back, as I enjoy lounging about my foster home and occasionally mingling with my foster siblings. Once in a while I muster up some courage and play with them or some stuffed toys. I think I might like it if someone could spend some time showing me how much fun life can be.

You see, before I came to NBS, I was found running in the streets. As you can probably tell from some of my first photos taken, I was a raggedy mess. It is no fun when everything sticks to you. I had bugs, dirt and worse matted everywhere…and then not to be able to see anything is even more terrible! I was pretty sure that I would never be loved again. Thankfully, my prayers were answered and I’m getting a second chance to find a new home!

Now, this lucky dog has been groomed, on a healthy diet, and I’m up to date on all my vaccinations! I’m even de-wormed, fixed, and on HW/flea and tick preventative and micro-chipped! All of my NBS Rescue foster siblings get this kind of royal treatment. Who knew life could be so wonderful? All I need now, is a lap to call my own, and a soul to share my life with.
