Cassidy's Story...
Cassidy is a 4 yr old, black/tan Doberman. She has cropped ears but they do not stand. Her tail is docked, and she is considered a large female at 80 lbs. She loves everyone! Kids, dogs, she is crate trained, potty trained and a joy to be around. She has the "dobie-lean" and loves affection and to play- a perfect companion! Cassidy is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is a referral dog with another rescue, so for additional info or to adopt, please email moniqued81@yahoo.com.

We are funded entirely by donations. If you can't adopt a dog at this time, could you consider making a financial contribution to provide the food and veterinary care of the dogs we rescue? It allows us to save more dogs. Go to our website http://www.lonestardobermans.org and click on the Donate button in the middle of the page.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cassidy, a Fort Worth Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
