Hunter's Story...
Hunter is a handsome, 18 month old, yellow Labradoodle who is looking for a new home. He is great with small children, and gets along well with other dogs, too. He is house trained, neutered, and up to date on shots. Hunter would make a great therapy or companion dog. He is wonderful, mannerly, and an all around great dog. He does have separation anxiety, so a home with someone home, is a help. I am trying different strategies, and having another dog in the home seems to be helpful. If you think you might have the home for Hunter, please contact Debbie at for an application. His adoption fee is $350.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hunter, a Hagerstown Labradoodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labradoodle for sale in Hagerstown, or seeking a Labradoodle dog from a breeder in Hagerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hagerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hagerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labradoodle breeders who help with Labradoodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hagerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
