My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Come meet ARLENE, a very petite 5.5 month old red smooth female puppy who was turned over to the Rescue by her owner as she had limited time to spend with her.

ARLENE is very timid and needs someone with patience and time to give her love and reassurance. She still needs help with her potty training but she's still a puppy and should learn quickly with consistency.

ARLENE has had her puppy shots but is not spayed yet. A condition of adoption is that she be spayed within ten days and you will be given a discount coupon for those services.

ARLENE's adoption fee is $275 as she will be one of our few HERO pups with her fee going to pay for other Dachshunds who have extensive medical needs before they too can be adopted. You will be given a new donated leash/collar set, a new designer pink studded tee from a NYC boutique, toys, a blanket and puppy food.
