My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shadow has had a very rough start to her short life. Her previous owner allowed Shadow to get pregnant multiple times. Shadow had serious complications during her last delivery and her uterus prolapsed while delivering her last kitten. Unfortunately they waited 24 hours before contacting our rescue and Shadow had lost an extreme amount of blood... Shadow was turned over to the care of the rescue and was immediately taken to an emergency hospital where she had surgery to remove her uterus. She spent several days in the hospital fighting for her life because her body was so weak and fragile. Our sweet girl was one tough fighter and she pulled through and now has a perfect bill of health! She is very young, at just one year old- she's missed out on so much of what being a kitten is all about because she was busy being a mother to her multiple litters. Now Shadow needs a chance to be loved and pampered herself. she is very sweet, playful, and BEAUTIFUL, as you can see:) could you be the second chance for this amazing kitty?
