Buddy is a very special boy. He came to the Cleveland Kennel after being neglected long term. He is 100% sweet as can be, but also very shy with new people he meets. Buddy would love a warm and patient home where he can settle in, and learn what love is. He is good with other dogs, and would love a companion!
