MJ in Houston's Story...
MJ in Houston
MJ is a 3 year old male JRT. He is a neutered male and his shots are up to date. He is a frisky and energetic boy and should go to experienced JRT owner. Like many JRTs he does NOT do well with kids. He is house trained provided he is not left inside for more than 5 hours. He is an inside dog, but is not crate trained. He loves to lounge around the house. Also loves to play. He is not a chewer and is well behaved....for a crazy little Jack! MJ eats dry food and dog treats and is young and still learning. He is smart and easy to train. Why Adoption is a Great Option

MJ in Houston, a Austin Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Austin, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
