Mellow's Story...
Charm and Mellow
Mellow: 8.2lbs, DOB 04-2012, Californian
Charm: 7.4lbs, DOB 04-2012, Californian
New Hampshire- Mellow(has black fur around his neck)and Charm have been in foster care with their family since they were 4 weeks old. Mellow has grown into a gorgeous, regal looking (and acting) rabbit and Charm has become a big, sleek fellow. Mellow is a lazy bun who like to sprawl out flat on the floor while Charm stays busy exploring and kicking up his heels. Mellow warms up quicker to new people and enjoys cuddle time. Charm is more reserved but that doesn`t stop him from having fun. While they both can be picked up, they would much rather keep their paws on the floor. They are both very close with each other and both have very good litter box habits. They need a really big litter box because they like to share at the same time. An extra large cat litter box works well. They would enjoy a dog-free home together.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mellow, a Woburn Californian was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Californian for sale in Woburn, or seeking a Californian from a breeder in Woburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Californian breeders who help with Californian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
