Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DIXIE is 2-3 years old and 25 lbs of adorable. She is as sweet as they come and just loves everyone. Her tail is always wagging and she has the cutest spotted belly, that she loves to have rubbed. Dixie needs a home with a secure fence. She can climb and escaped from a house where she was visiting. They had a few dips in the chain link fence and she was just smart enough to take advantage. She has however, been in her foster home for over 2 months getting vetted and socialized and has not ever dug or tried to escape. Dixie is playful but not hyper at all. She enjoys playing with other dogs, but sometimes will get scared of the bigger dogs and seems to love human attention, even more than canine companionship. She would do well in a home with a small or meduim canine sibling or as an only dog getting all of the attention to herself. Dixie is being fostered in Birmingham, AL.
