My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Peabody is an adorable neutered male Beagle Mix that weighs a little over 20 pounds and is around 6 months old. He is full of life and is a very happy guy. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed and just needs to find his family.

Peabody walks well on the leash, he rides well in the car, he is crate trained and is a really funny little guy. He LOVES LOVES LOVES to carry his toys around in his mouth and will even sometimes have two at once in his mouth. He is really really social with people, but he can be a bit mouthy and is learning not to puppy bite...so he will probably be best in a home with kids that are 5 or 6 plus. He loves the preschoolers that are in his foster home, but can't quite figure out why they keep falling down when he jumps up on them to say hello. So, he tries to help them up with his little mouth, wagging his little body all the while!! He was really intimidated by the dogs in the foster home for about an hour, and now he loves to cuddle up with them and plays with them.

Peabody is really quiet for a hound mix, so we believe he would do well in an apartment as long as he had daily vigorous exercise. He is a really funny little boy and can make anyone laugh! Is this guy the dog you have been waiting for?! Let us know!

His adoption fee is $250 plus a $17.99 microchip registration. He is microchipped, vaccinated, neutered, and dewormed.
