Hello, my name is Toby and I'm about three years old. I was recused by a neighbor because I was left outside in the cold by my former owner who didn't really take good care of me. I'm still a little shy, but I'm coming out of my shell because I get to be around nice people every day. I love to be walked and I'm very much routine oriented. I don't bark too much, and I'm supper sweet!
