Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Koda: 1 yr old black & tan male, neutered, docked tail and uncropped ears. Tall, 13.5 lb. Fully vetted. Rescued from shelter.
Koda (Native American for friend) is a sweet boy who is packed with a ton of personality and excellent temperament! He is approximately 1 years old. He loves every dog he meets and wants to play with them regardless of size. Therefore, he would love to have a buddy that wants to play all of the time a well. He is people friendly too. He's a happy-go-lucky guy! He sleeps just fine in a crate but would much prefer to sleep in bed nestled under the covers. It appears as if he was not picked up or cuddled much; however, he is learning all about that and loves the affection. In addition, he gives affection in return. He will put himself in the crate (as long the door is left open and is in the same room that you are in) when he feels a need to relax and feel secure, as long as it's well padded and has blankies in it. He loves to run in the yard, sun in, and lay in the grass in. He's fine with age appropriate children. He bonded very quickly to his 13 year old human foster sister. He learned to use the doggy door all by himself by watching the other dogs in one day. He is good on a leash and doesn't bark while being walked. If you're looking for a wonderful little companion who's a real looker, look no further, Koda is for you!
