Kelly's Story...
Please contact Anna Muldoon (posguru@graceba.net) for more information about this pet.

Kelly is 3 years old, she is UTD on shots and spayed. She was heart worm positive and underwent treatment. Sweet Kelly was rescued from the animal shelter in Selma Alabama on July 10 2007 after being surrendered by previous owners, poor Kelly was just skin and bones, but now is is super health and she looks fabulous after gaining alot of weight. She is extremly loving and wants all the attention she can get.She has overcome many hurdles and had to learn to be a pet. She does well with male dogs, but has the tendancy to be dominant with females, which can crate problems. A home with no females would be perfect for Kelly. She is in foster care in Marion Junction Alabama, where she is doing well and enjoys getting spoiled. For more info on Grace, contact her foster mom @ jujubean36759@yahoo.com or fill out an adoption application @ www.adoptarott.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kelly, a Dothan Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Dothan, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Dothan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dothan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dothan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dothan paves the way for another one to be saved.
