Don't be fooled by that hang-dog look Buddy so often wears. He is 100% goofball, with a playful streak a mile long. In fact, we think his jowls exist purely for entertainment value--they're just so darn cute and squeezable, we can't help but smile when we see his face. And this lovebug is thrilled to get attention from people, so he'll do whatever it takes to make you smile.
What makes Buddy happiest? Being at his family's side, of course! Still a puppy, this adorable boy looks to humans and other animals for his security, and he really wants to be with his people wherever they go. He adores children and behaves beautifully around the ones in his foster home. He's the classic velcro dog who will follow you around and happily climb onto your lap the moment you sit down if you let him. Buddy is progressing nicely in his foster home with crate training but prefers to have human or canine company, and he loves to sleep in a doggy bed in the same room as his people.
Buddy is quickly learning great puppy manners. He's working on basic obedience training while in foster care, and he already walks easily on leash without pulling! He's a confident boy who has an adorable little strut when he's out on walks, as if he's showing off how proud he is to be out on the town.
Prepare to have your heart melt into a puddle when you meet Buddy. His charm is just as epic as his cuteness, so brace yourself!
