Glinda's Story...
That street in the Bronx was scary, and I was so thin and hungry! And it is winter too! Luckily I had two other little ones with me and we stuck together. We were so glad when the police was called and we were taken to the shelter. But then, that shelter was noisy and crowded! We are here now in RI, with Little Paws 4 U. I had to be shaved down, and I was the thinnest of all of us, so I had to gain weight. I am now almost 10 pounds and am estimated to be between 7-8 years old. I have had my teeth cleaned and I look and feel pretty good! I am truly a lap dog, and would much prefer sitting with someone to going for walks. I am just starting to play, as I am feeling so much better. I would love a family which is around in the day, to attend to my wish for companionship. I would love a quiet household, which has maybe one other non-aggressive dog...although I would love to be the only dog too! My fee of 385.00 covers spaying, all shots, a negative HW test and I come with a collar and blanket too. Please ask about me if you are in RI, eastern CT, western MA, western NY, Maine, or are near Boston, Worcester or Fall River. Please call Judy at 401 640-0082 with any further questions....would LOVE a fur-ever home!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Glinda, a Foster Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) for sale in Foster, or seeking a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) breeders who help with Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
