Alize's Story...

Alize is a sweet, affectionate girl with soulful brown eyes that seem to say she’s had some troublesome times in her past. Since she was picked up as a stray by a county shelter we do not know much about her previous life. We believe she may have had a litter, but she was found alone.

This pretty lady is housebroken and has shown nice house manners. She knows a few commands and is looking for someone who will be patient and willing to work with her to make her the best companion possible.

Alize is friendly with other dogs and has shown no interest in cats in the limited exposure she has had around them. As with any Husky, we advise caution when introducing her to small animals.

She seems to appreciate being in the company of her humans and soaks up love and attention like a sponge. She is also a fun and playful girl who loves her toys and carries them around so she is always prepared to play.

At intake it seems she had some sort of injury as she was favoring one of her legs, but it is too soon to tell if this is a permanent thing or whether it could eventually disappear. She is getting the appropriate treatment from the vet to ensure her leg heals properly and loving care from her foster family.

Alize is healthy, Heartworm negative, spayed, up-to-date on all her shots and microchipped. This girl has a lot of loyalty and companionship to offer, she just needs a person who can show her what a loving, forever home is like. If you are that person, fill out an adoption application on our web site,, today.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alize, a Seminole Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Seminole, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Seminole.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seminole already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seminole breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seminole paves the way for another one to be saved.
