Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Molly Kay is a young, happy little girl who deserves more than her family gave her in the past. Molly Kay apparently gave birth to a litter of puppies, and that litter was taken to a shelter in the Kentucky area without their Mommy-Molly Kay. Fortunately, a rescue group was able to rescue the puppies. A few days later, the same people who brought in the pups, dropped Molly off at the same shelter to have her be put to sleep. Molly Kay was horribly underweight and has literally gained about 15 pounds in 3 weeks. Why they did this we would have no idea. Further, why the rescue that took the puppies but would not take the Mommy makes no sense to us. As a policy, we at FFBR make every effort to take the parents every time we get in a litter of pups. When a shelter volunteer saw scared and confused Molly Kay, who was still producing milk to feed her missing pups, she contacted us for help. So lets work together to find this sweet little girl a home where she will be loved far more than she obviously was in the past. Molly Kay is estimated to be about a year and a half old. She is house broken, crates easily, has been just fine with all the people in her current foster home, including the grandkids ranging in age from 3 to 13. She has been growled at by a small dog in the foster home and just tilts her head as if to ask... "what, don't you want to play?" and has also learned that the cats in her foster home don't appreciate wanting to be stepped on by a boxer, and is more gentle with them now as well. Molly Kay will be making her way to NJ in January. She needs a foster home....and a forever home. If you are a match, please contact us. If you are not a match, you can still be a huge part of her future by spreading the word to friends and family and asking them to pass it on as well.
