Dakota's Story...
Dakota is about 16 months old, and is already well-trained and well-behaved. He was surrendered by his owners who, due to their increased work schedules, felt that they could not give him the time he deserved. A few months ago Dakota went through a mysterious hair loss on his body. All possible serious illnesses have been ruled out, and his hair is now growing back, Dakota is a very handsome boy, and has a delightful personality. He loves to play with humans or dogs, and is a perfect companion for an active family who can give him the attention he loves.

All of our Dogs are up to date with routine shots, are microchipped, and have been altered, or will be altered as soon as medically suitable.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dakota, a Irwin Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Irwin, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Irwin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irwin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irwin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irwin paves the way for another one to be saved.
