Talini's Story...
Hi! I’m Talini. My name means ‘Snow Angel’ in Inuit. I’m a winter kitten, having lived outside for a time. Kind people took me in and helped me get strong when they saw me grow weak, but they had too many cats, so they couldn’t keep me for long. I’m here looking for a furr-ever home, warm and gentle. I’m a sweet kitty, but I’m still shy around people. Please go slow with me and give me the chance to win you over. Once I get used to you, I’ll be the best lap cat!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Talini, a Buena Vista Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Buena Vista, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Buena Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buena Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buena Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buena Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
