My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zoe is a beautiful 14 month old lab/shepard/greyhound mix with a silky, soft black coat. She has a striking contrasting white blaze on her chest and white "socks" on her feet. She is a very smart, curious and active girl who would make the ideal running partner! Zoe attends obedience classes and her handler says she is working on basic commands, as well as practicing patience when waiting to go outside for her walks. She walks nicely on the leash, loves a good long walk and is working on house training. She likes other dogs and adults. She would do best in a home with teenage children and a fenced in yard. Zoe has calmed down quite a bit since being rescued. She responds well when she knows what is expected of her and when she is provided routine and structure. Zoe would benefit from a strong leader who can give her plenty of opportunities to engage her mind and a "job" to do.
