We are in no rush to get her placed we want the right home for her
Sugar is about 2 years old, 12 pounds
She is a happy, active dog that is looking for a home with an active playmate, or people who will play with her and are home during the day and have at least 3-4 playdates with other small dogs a week if no other dogs at home
though we will prefer the applicant that has another smaller young friendly dog that loves to play prefer a male over fem dog
looking for adult home only though Sugar is fine with older calm nice kids
She fetches small balls and rope toys and walks well on leash, with no reaction to other people or dogs, she rather outgoing and wants to meet all new dogs of any size as she never had a bad experience with other dogs
She has no problem with male or fem humans but would not make a good guys dog so would love a new stay at home young retired mom that likes being home a lot without the bussle of a busy city or loud busy neighborhood
a country setting would suit her well with daily walks playtime, snuggle and not too much daily food traffic in/out of the home
though she is social she gets overwhelmed at times if too much happens at once as any dog can get
She is crate trained but prefers a home without a crate and someone that has time and finances to care for such a dog
She will sleep at the foot of the bed, if she has the chance
Her groomer says she grooms nicely.
she will need grooming on a regular basis and daily brushing (which she likes!)
She knows basic commands like "kennel, please", "Off" (for people), "Get down" (for furniture) and "Back up" (so she doesn't bolt out the
