My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ET, like the highway she's named after, does some incredible things!!! ET, who doesn't look like any of her siblings, can disappear by pulling off some miraculous feats!!! ET, easily the funniest and most outgoing pup, often gets herself into trouble by her curious nature. ET is much smaller and with finer bones. She is extremely animated, using her paws to express herself as she "talks" to you! ET is a tiny gal who is going to be an outstanding best friend to some lucky person.

The Highway pups are a litter of shepherd mixes who were saved by a wonderful Alabama rescuer who found all nine scurrying along a busy highway where they and their Momma, Freeway, had been dumped to die. As quickly as poor Freeway could pull one baby off of the busy road, another would run out. Traffic didn't even bother to slow down for them or swerve to miss them. A kindly rescuer gathered them all, but not before one was struck and killed - right in front of poor Freeway!!
