Update: Toby is from a breeder he needs to learn to go potty outside (he used potty papers and was never outside) he needs to be on a leash outside at all times!

Toby will be coming in to Mulligan on 1/15/14.

Toby is a Maltese / Shih Tzu at 10lbs and under 2 years old.
He is a happy & friendly little guy that loves everyone!
Toby will only be ADOPTED to a homeowner, that works part-time or retired.
The yard must be completely fenced in. A home inspection will be done.
