Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Alexander was brought to our shelter in March of 2013 as a stray. We thought he may have been injured but radiographs showed severe bilateral hip dysplasia. We elected surgery to make him more comfortable and treated his heartworm disease but nobody has shown any interest in adopting poor Alexander. We placed him in foster care to try and help him get adopted, but no luck with that either. Alexander walks very slowly and has noticeable muscle atrophy of the hind legs. Living on concrete floors is very uncomfortable for him but we are trying our best to keep him comfy. Alexander would be best suited in a low energy home without small dogs or young children. He is 100% housebroken, loves to sit and keep you company, and enjoys walks.
