My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SIEGFRIED/M8w/3# DACHSHUND: Half-a-dog high and two dogs long. They were bred that way, in Germany. Dachs-hund means badger hound. They were bred to chase and hunt down badgers. They were made to burrow and dig.
This dog breed loves to be around people and certainly loves attention! Bravery is another personality trait of the dachshund. They are protective of their family and are not afraid to stand up for them. Lastly, dachshunds will keep you on your toes, as they are extremely curious and love to play and eat.

Each week MuttSavers rescues pups and young dogs from shelters that are forced to put animals to sleep every day because of limited space and resources. There are way too many dogs being born into unwanted and unhealthy conditions. MuttSavers pups are so happy to be rescued. They are receiving TLC in foster care and are looking forward to meeting you this Sat.
