Frank is young and wants to be loved and giving the attention he needs. He is 2 years old and spent his entire life chained outside to a porch. He is very laid back and quiet. Working on being taught what it's like to be a family companion.
Applications can be done online at www.wvpetinc.org WV Pet, Inc. pets are fully vetted if age appropriate & micro chipped. We also offer weekly training session free of charge for anyone who adopts a pet from us. And these sessions are ongoing to help our adoptive families and their new companion
