Hi my name is Rascal, I was born September 21st, 2013. Only two weeks after I was born my Momma was hit by a car and killed, she was a shih tzu. Thanks to a wonderful lady taking me in a loving me I am now 13 pounds and have a great start on life. I love everything...dogs, cats and kids. They call me a heating pad because I like to snuggle so much.
