Here is what his foster family had to say:
Milo is a cuddly little dog who loves to be around people. He loves children of all ages and is friendly and good natured with everyone he meets. He is a bit shy if someone is towering over him but when you meet him on his level he is as happy as can be. He loves to be petted and to be close to people at all times. He is curious and interested in other animals as well, always looking to make friends. He also loves to play with his toys and can amuse himself nicely when you are busy doing other things.
We believe Milo had never been in a home before so he is just learning the rules and what he can and cannot play with. He will chew on things he shouldn't at times and will try to steal things off the coffee table if he gets a chance. He does understand the word "no" however and will stop whatever he is doing immediately if told. He has also learned his name and his recall is very good, coming to you as soon as you call him. He seems to pick up on things quickly and is eager to please making him a fast learner. He is totally house trained and crate trained although he doesn't go into the crate on his own. Once put in the crate however he will just go and lie down for a nap. He currently sleeps in his crate at night with no issues as well. He will sometimes try to follow people out the front door when they are leaving but listens very well now when told to stay back.
Milo is a sweetheart and is becoming more playful. He is very easy to take care of and love. He shows no signs of aggression and is happy to just cuddle up and have a nap.
A family home with small children would be wonderful for Milo. He is very calm-natured and enjoys the company of younger children. His playful and curious behaviour comes out and his behaviour does not change around a larger crowd of people. A home where he is cuddled and loved will be perfect.
If you think this little cuddle-bug would fit well into your family, please submit an application for consideration.
