Good day friends, my name is Quincy. Aren’t I a handsome young chap? I’m a young boy, estimated to be only a year old Papillion mix. I’m just about a year old, and I’m a little shy at first. I just came from the shelter – and it was so overwhelming for me. It was so very scary, but luckily NBS Animal Rescue had room for me in a foster home, and saved my tail!
Even though I am shy at first, it doesn’t last long. Meeting new people is a little nerve wrecking, but loving them comes pretty naturally. Once I make a friend, they are my buddy for life! I’d really like a home with kids 10 and up, as sudden movements are scary to me. I do however LOVE to cuddle up and be near. I’m a very lovey boy, and getting belly rubs is my favorite pastime.
Did I mention I also know "Sit, shake, and sit pretty"...? Because I do!

My adoption fee is $250.00 and includes DHPP vaccine, bordatella vaccine, De-worming, spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, heartworm test, heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, microchip insertion, bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, leash and collar and one week's worth of food.

You can fill out a simple online adoption application at www.nbsar.org and we will start processing your application right away! We do require that persons interested in meeting me apply online and be approved as an adopter first so please visit our website and submit your application today!
Our adoption process requires that any pet in your household be current on it's vaccinations and heartworm preventative as well as spayed/neutered unless there is a documented medical reason on file with your veterinarian. Dogs must be current on DHLPP, Rabies, and Heartworm Preventative, cats must be current on Distemper, Rabies, and Heartworm Preventative at the time of application.
