Amazing Zoey's Story...
Hi my name is Amazing Zoey and I am looking for a loving furever home. I was rescued from a very unsafe beach for dogs in Puerto Rico. I am about 3 years old, 55 lbs and an incredibly sweet, good natured dog who is good with everyone. I am very social with other dogs and I love to play and get attention :)). If you would like to meet me please email meryl@thesatoproject.com. Get your adoption applications in. If your application is approved there will be meet and greets beginning Thursday, January 23. Can't wait to meet you. Love and Kisses, Zoey.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Amazing Zoey, a Brooklyn Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
