Paris's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Paris's Story...
Paris is a DSH Muted Tortoiseshell, spayed female, d.o.b.10/2/11.

Paris is an affectionate girl who will come for pets and nuzzles. She was rescued with her one week old kittens, who are all adopted now. She must have been someone’s pet before becoming lost, as she is quite comfortable with adults. Not sure about children. We do know she wants to be the only pet…as she is afraid of dogs and hisses at other adult cats. She enjoys sitting on the cat tree in the sun, or looking out the window. She also likes a sisal or cardboard scratch post. She uses her kitty box nicely and is up to date for her FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paris, a North Highlands Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in North Highlands, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in North Highlands.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Highlands already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Highlands breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Highlands paves the way for another one to be saved.
