My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

(ID #926) Hi, my name is Scout.

My previous family had another dog that really didn't like me. So they made the decision to bring me to the shelter in the hopes of me finding a new home. They say I am good around kids and other animals. I have also been housebroken. I may need a readjustment period to remember that skill after being in the shelter for some time. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me??

I am a young lady, somewhere around three years old and weigh around 45 pounds. Just the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I have already been spayed, given my basic shots, microchipped, and am heartworm negative.

I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, treats, and a certificate for a FREE canine behaviour consultation.
