Brett is rated Triple B.....Beautiful, Black Brett who is ready for his new home!!!
Brett loves stuffies and just needs someone to play with them. He is bright, attentive and has tremendous eye contact. He knows how to sit, will “touch” and walks beside you wherever you go. He has been on leash part of the time and is good with potty-ing on lead. He is currently walking 2 to 3 miles each time he goes out and he stands quietly while being bundled up. He jumps easily into the van for transporting, is capable of doing steps and is very light on his front feet.
He has not been on any furniture or bed and sleeps on a dog bed by my side of the bed. He currently lives with two cats and only complains when one of them tries to sleep on top of him. He will low rumble growl at her to let her know she’s not wanted and then get up and walk away. He’s careful not to step on them and only plays with them in the early morning before breakfast.
Brett is VERY food motivated and loves his treats… ANY treats. He finishes up all of his meals and scouts the floor for anything that might have been left by one of the others. All meals are consumed in his crate and he has a wonderful view of crating as its where only good things happen! He has been crated up to 6 hours a day and has not had any issues but he does enjoy a Kong when times are going to be longer.
