Monique's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Monique's Story...
This beautiful girl and her three litter mates were born in a storm sewer. A caring person trapped all four of them and contacted Stray Cat Blues to foster them. The momma cat was spayed and returned back outside where she is being cared for.

When she was trapped, Monique was shy and scared. However, in her foster home she has become a friendly, sweet kitten. She is still a little shy, but enjoys being combed and will do anything for treats! She gets along well with other cats.

Monique is spayed, litterbox trained, has received age-appropriate vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. Her estimated date of birth is 8/15/2013.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Monique, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
