Meet Ottis! Ottis is an adorable male Chihuahua puppy looking for his forever home. Ottis was born November 12 2013 and is currently 3.5 lbs at 13 weeks. He has a curious personality and a very loving disposition. He wants to be with his people all the time. He's very smart and he has a need to be near you, tucked in right next to you. He is very sweet, expressive and he likes to go for short walks. He is also utd on vaccines, kennel trained and mostly potty trained.
