2 - 3 year old Lucy ended up in a high volume shelter - - - though we will never know why. She is currently living in a foster home in Charleston, WV area - and her foster Mom says there has never been a more perfect dog. She is housebroken, good with every living thing, and will be ready for her forever home soon.
