Good Dog Buddy is an 8-10 month old Australian Cattle Dog mix weighing 22 lbs. He is a great dog, very intelligent, very calm and quiet. To say he is smart is an understatement with his quick ability to learn and to respond immediately to what he has learned. Buddy has learned the doggie door in mere hours, a baby gate put up to keep him in a certain part of the house is now taken down and he still will not cross the threshold where the baby gate used to stand. He knows commands like sit, shake and stay. He rides beautifully in a car and crates up like a champ. He is living happily with a cat and other small dogs and is unflappable and unruffled by life. Happy and confident with still just enough submissiveness that he listens and is humble with other dogs. Like most dogs who crave attention from their humans, he likes to cuddle and have his head rubbed. He is so precious; he would probably stand in one spot for hours if you pet him just soaking up the love.
