Hi friends my name is Donovan. I'm am a 2 year old shih tzu mix and weigh 12lbs. I was rescued from a high kill shelter after a family that promise to adopt me never showed up. Thats ok because now I am at P2CC making new friends and getting spoiled. My foster moms say that I am perfect pup and I think they are right.
