Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What am I supposed to do here? Introduce myself? I'm pretty shy at first so pardon me while I assess the situation for a second or two. Okay, now that we know one another, I think we'll be best friends! I'm somewhere between a year and two old and I'm a typical playful goofball once I get over my initial insecurity. I try to get every dog and cat I meet to play with me, but I'm very understanding if they are not in the mood. I am a smart girl, too. I learned to use the doggie door in no time flat! Do you know how much fun it is to sneak all sorts of fun things outside? I want to please and I'm very treat responsive so I'm a dream to train. Go ahead, teach me something, anything! I know I'll impress you! I'd love to have a confident dog in my forever home and someone to help me feel secure. It doesn't take much to convert me from a shy girl to my silly, playful self and I'm definitely worth the effort!
We require an application, phone interview and home visit prior to adoption. We will not discuss a specific dog with an applicant until the adoption process is completed. Our adoption fee for dogs under 9 months is $250, dogs between 9 months and 8 years is $195 and our super seniors are $175. Please visit our website for more information. Thank you!
